The Role
TOTEME is looking for a Product Development Assistant - Hard Accessories to join our team in Stockholm full-time. In this role, you will support the Hard Accessories Product Development team in managing the collection process from initial concept through to pre-production sample (PPS) sign-off. Reporting to the Product Development Manager - Hard Accessories, you will work closely with the design team and other internal and external partners, helping to ensure that the creative and commercial vision is translated into the product.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update product information in our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system throughout each development stage.
- Support cross-functional team communications and assist in meeting project deadlines.
- Assist in quality checks to confirm that products meet TOTEME’s standards for customer, brand, and business requirements.
- Build a collaborative relationship with the Design team by attending fittings and reviews, supporting the Design Director and team with relevant technical information to achieve optimal quality and fit.
- Monitor and report potential risks or challenges at each production stage, focusing on quality, pricing, and margin considerations.
- Help ensure products align with TOTEME’s sustainability standards, regularly updating relevant data to support the Sustainability team.
Your Profile
- Experience in product development, ideally in hard accessories.
- Ability to work effectively with designers, assisting in understanding and interpreting their creative direction and design vision, and communicating these ideas to teams and vendors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and PLM systems.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, proficiency in Italian is a plus but not required.

This is a full time position and based at TOTEME's Stockholm headquarters.
