The role
TOTEME is looking for an Online Merchandiser North America to join our team in New York. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a globally competitive and visually compelling online experience across both website and app platforms. You will focus on maximizing visitor relevance, spending, and engagement, while driving a progressively personalized customer journey. Acting as a market specialist, you will tailor geographically relevant content and initiatives to optimize the online experience for the North American client base. You will report to the Online & Marketplace Merchandising Manager.
Responsibilities
- Drive the merchandising agenda for North America's owned online channels, collaborating with the global e-commerce team and key stakeholders within the NA and global organizations.
- Identify growth opportunities and suggest best practices tailored to the NA market, aligning with the global commercial calendar and roadmap.
- Oversee product management, including performance analysis and regional input for Buying, MarCom, and other teams.
- Optimize visual merchandising based on local inventory, sales trends and regional insights.
- Collaborate with MarCom and CRM teams to enhance content strategies, boosting conversion rates and sales.
- Provide insights on regional e-commerce improvements, including payment solutions and shipping methods, and coordinate implementations.
- Analyze sales and returns, monitor KPIs, and suggest actions to achieve departmental goals.
- Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
Your profile
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a track record of contributing to success in e-commerce.
- Strong interest in luxury fashion, with an understanding of the TOTEME customer.
- Proficient in Excel and experienced with Shopify and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to transform data into actionable strategies.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's New York office, starting as soon as possible.
The yearly salary for this role ranges between $65,000 - $70,000, and will be set according to the applicant’s profile, skills and previous experience.
