The Role

TOTEME is looking for a Demand and Inventory Planner to join our team in Stockholm full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for long-term sales and demand forecasting, as well as inventory management across global markets and channels. You will oversee our carry over assortment, ensuring the uninterrupted availability of best-selling items. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage long-term sales and demand plans.
• Collaborate with Retail and Wholesale teams in the US, Europe, China, and South Korea to integrate qualitative insights into accurate forecasts.
• Implement demand and supply planning strategies to streamline inventory management processes.
• Partner with Buying and Supply Chain teams to coordinate stock movements across channels and warehouses.
• Work closely with the Production team to manage material pre-bookings and pre-season inventory offsets, ensuring optimal buy quantities for continuity items.
• Lead the management of the carry over assortment in coordination with Collection Planning, Buying, and Wholesale teams.
• Own the carry over buying process during market periods and manage in-season reorders, actively monitoring sales to identify risks and opportunities.
• Oversee the end-of-lifecycle process, including markdown strategies; clearance and dead stock, ensuring minimal retired inventory through proactive stock management.
• Support the seasonal budgeting process.
• Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Your profile

• Extensive experience in sales, demand, and inventory planning, ideally within the fashion industry.
• Strategic thinker with a proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes and inventory flows.
• Demonstrated expertise in translating complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
• Experienced in advanced Excel. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's headquarters in Stockholm, starting as soon as possible.
