The role

TOTEME is looking for a Store Supervisor to lead our shop in Galeries Lafayette full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store’s operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. As the key liaison between TOTEME and Galeries Lafayette, you will build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment. You will report to the Head of Retail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service with a focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Take full responsibility for sales targets and performance.
• Oversee daily operations, stock management, budgeting, and reporting.
• Oversee stock levels, logistics, and sell-through.
• Develop and implement new store policies and strategies.
• Provide feedback to the Buying team on product performance.
• Oversee the store’s Visual Merchandising, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Your profile

• A minimum of three years of proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
• A strong track record in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Experience managing back-office operations and generating reports.
• Fluent in spoken and written French and English; additional languages are a plus.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's Galeries Lafayette store starting from May 2025.
