TOTEME is a Swedish fashion house founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the studio in Stockholm, the label explores the appeal of a modern uniform through distinct design cues, meticulous craftsmanship and methodic repetition. The role

TOTEME is looking for a Store Supervisor to join our team at Galeries Lafayette on a full-time basis. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, with a strong focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience and driving sales performance. You will support in keeping the store running smoothly and efficiently, helping with everything from stock management and visual merchandising to assisting and guiding the team on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service with a focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Support the team in reaching sales targets and driving strong store performance.
• Assist with daily operations including stock handling, reporting, and general store upkeep.
• Monitor stock levels and support with logistics and sell-through activities.
• Help implement store policies and support new initiatives from the management team.
• Share feedback with the Buying team on product performance and customer preferences.
• Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Your profile

• A minimum of three years of proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
• A solid track record in sales, with confidence in working towards and supporting sales targets.
• Some experience in leading or supervising a team in a retail environment.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Familiarity with back-office tasks and basic reporting.
• Fluent in spoken and written French and English; additional languages are a plus.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's Galeries Lafayette store starting from May 2025.
