The Role
TOTEME is looking for full-time Sales Advisors to join our team at our department stores and shop-in-shops in Paris. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, providing excellent service and building long-term relationships with our customers and driving business in all aspects, from sales to brand building. You will report to the Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service to customers, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Work individually and as part of a team to execute efficient workflows and reach sales targets.
- Support merchandising and styling efforts within the store.
- Plan and execute daily store operations.
- Work towards company standards, goals, and sales objectives.
- Analyze and work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business goals.
- Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
Your Profile
- Previous experience in high-end retail, preferably with a background in department stores in Paris.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and French.

This is a full-time position based at one of TOTEME's department store locations in Paris, starting in May.
TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, and New York, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia. As a member of our dynamic, creative, and highly collaborative team, you will take part in exciting projects and milestones, evolving within your role as you contribute to the company’s growth.
