TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.

The Role

TOTEME is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Stockholm full-time. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality, stability, and usability of our technical solutions across the business. As the Quality Assurance Specialist, you will take full ownership of our testing approach. This includes defining the test strategy, coordinating with stakeholders, and executing hands-on testing activities across key systems such as our OMS, e-commerce platform, ERP, POS, and other internal tools. In addition, you will support the early scoping and planning of initiatives, occasionally lead smaller projects, and contribute to user adoption by training internal teams on new features and systems.
You will report to the Head of Technology. 

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the quality assurance strategy for both new technology initiatives and existing systems, with support and input from the Tech Team.
• Lead test planning and execution by creating tailored test cases, scripts, and checklists that align with each project’s scope and complexity.
• Act as the primary quality assurance contact in cross-functional projects, coordinating testing efforts with technology, product, and stakeholders to ensure thorough coverage and smooth collaboration.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) by organizing sessions, guiding business users through the process, and collecting actionable feedback.
• Conduct manual testing across internal systems and integrations, proactively identifying bugs and collaborating with developers and delivery leads to ensure timely resolution.
• Champion quality assurance best practices within the Tech Team to elevate the overall reliability, stability, and performance of our IT services.
• Deliver internal training and onboarding sessions to business stakeholders on new tools or features, ensuring effective user adoption. 
• Maintain clear and structured documentation of issues, test results, and system usage, using tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance QA processes, ensuring they support efficient, scalable, and high-quality testing practices.
• Support the introduction of test automation, working closely with developers and the Tech Lead to identify opportunities, tools, and integration strategies.
• Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in quality assurance, software testing, or technical support, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies.
• Skilled in hands-on testing within complex, integrated environments (e.g., OMS, POS, e-commerce platforms).
• Familiar with tools such as Azure DevOps for tracking, documentation, and workflow.
• Comfortable facilitating user testing and training sessions, with an ability to gather and act on structured feedback.
• Experience in retail, fashion, or e-commerce tech is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's headquarters in Stockholm, starting as soon as possible.
