The Role

TOTEME is looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in Stockholm. As a Data Analyst, you will play an important role in providing accurate, data-driven insights to our stakeholders. You will manage and develop our Business Intelligence (Qlik) tool, drive workflow improvements, and contribute to the strategic direction of our data systems. You'll play a crucial role in helping teams translate complex data into actionable insights. You will report to the Head of Finance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain TOTEME’s BI system, including data and dashboard management, ensuring they meet the needs of internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to process and prioritize BI system improvement requests.
• Lead data workflow enhancements and contribute to strategic initiatives for greater efficiency and accuracy.
• Drive initiatives that streamline processes, improve efficiency, and optimize financial performance.
• Partner with the tech team on future system developments.
• Support in financial analysis.
• Stay informed on industry developments, sharing relevant insights across the organization.
• Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Your Profile

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with strong expertise in Qlik Sense, Qlik Cloud, and preferably Shopify.
• Experienced in data extraction, and visualization, with proficiency in dashboard creation and crafting compelling narratives through data.
• Proficiency in Excel and creating actionable data dashboards.
• Knowledge of the fashion, e-commerce, or retail industries is a plus.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's headquarters in Stockholm, starting as soon as possible.
