The Role
TOTEME is looking for a Production Planner to join our team in Stockholm for a parental leave cover of at least 14 months.
In this role, you will oversee the bulk procurement process from PPS approval through to warehouse delivery, with a main focus on Ready-to-Wear. You will play a key role in planning and coordinating production capacity across suppliers to ensure timelines, volumes, and quality requirements are met across seasons. A central responsibility is owning and maintaining production planning in Excel, including the master production file, ensuring accuracy across markets and destinations.
You will work closely with the Production and Product Development teams, and report to the Head of Production, supporting efficient production planning, balanced capacity allocation, and on-time deliveries aligned with business priorities.
Responsibilities
Own and manage the critical production path, setting timelines and capacity plans together with the Head of Production, and proactively communicating deadlines, risks, and delays to stakeholders.
Plan, maintain, and own production planning in Excel, including the master production file, market/destination splits, and alignment with forecasts and demand.
Lead cross-functional production planning with Merchandising, Wholesale, and the production team, ensuring clear communication towards suppliers.
Place and manage purchase orders and re-orders with manufacturers in Zedonk, negotiating minimums, pricing, and delivery terms, and keeping PLM systems updated.
Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery in line with TOTEME quality standards, including delivery follow-up and order adjustments.
Pre-book raw materials and trims where required, in collaboration with the Head of Production.
Manage quality control and external testing processes, and support suppliers with procurement of labels, packaging, and related materials.
Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
Your Profile
At least 2 years of experience in a production or production coordination role, preferably within a premium or high-end fashion brand.
Very strong Excel skills, including working with large data sets, lookups, reporting, and production planning tools.
Experience working with PLM systems, Zedonk experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of production planning, timelines, and bulk order management.
Fluent in written and spoken English.

This is a parental leave cover of at least 14 months. It is a full-time position based at TOTEME's headquarters in Stockholm starting as soon as possible.
