The Role
TOTEME is looking for a Senior Pattern Cutter to join our team in Stockholm full-time for a parental leave cover for at least 12 months. You will work closely with Product Development and Design in creating our collections. You will report to the Pattern Cutter Manager and will work directly with the Quality & Technical team.
Responsibilities
Develop and refine patterns across multiple product categories, ensuring precision, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
Own and maintain measurement charts within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), driving accuracy throughout the product lifecycle.
Oversee the end-to-end pattern process, from initial concept and prototype through fittings to final production, ensuring the highest standards of fit, quality, and manufacturability.
Drive and execute fittings, translating feedback into technical improvements and scalable production outcomes.
Leverage 3D design tools (CLO) to create and evaluate virtual samples, enhancing efficiency, reducing physical sampling, and supporting sustainable product development.
Serve as a mentor within the team encouraging craftsmanship and innovation.
Act as a key expert and advisor within the organization, providing strategic input, and technical guidance across departments.
Participate in and contribute to TOTEME's social and environmental sustainability strategy.
Your Profile
Minimum 10 years of working experience within pattern making, preferably within luxury brands, with extensive experience in a wide range product groups.
Excellent knowledge of garment construction and tailoring.
Skilled user of Lectra Expert, CLO, and Illustrator.
Technical diploma or degree in related fields.
Fluent in spoken and written English.

This is a 12 months full-time fixed-term position based at TOTEME's Headquarters in Stockholm with a start in August 2026.
