The role
TOTEME is looking for a Junior Supply Chain Specialist to join our Stockholm Head Office full time. This is a fixed-term position covering parental leave for at least 12 months. In this role you will support daily logistics operations by managing inbound goods flow, providing shipping updates and maintaining product and inventory accuracy in a dynamic international fashion environment. You will report to the Head of Supply Chain and work directly with the Global Supply Chain team.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the inbound supply chain process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of finished goods from suppliers to TOTEME warehouses.
Manage inbound planning activities, monitoring production timelines and shipment readiness to secure product availability in line with business requirements, collection launches, and allocation plans.
Act as the point of contact for suppliers, production teams, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse partners, maintaining clear communication and resolving operational issues proactively.
Monitor and follow up on production progress with suppliers and internal stakeholders, identifying potential delays and ensuring timely escalation of risks and disruptions.
Coordinate inbound transportation across all modes, including booking shipments, managing freight capacity, and ensuring cost-efficient and compliant logistics execution.
Manage inbound freight documentation, ensuring all shipping, import, and compliance documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
Maintain accurate data across ERP, Supply Chain Management (SCM) tool, and related systems, ensuring inbound shipments, purchase orders, inventory transactions, and product information are continuously updated and reliable.
Support the maintenance and update of product master data, ensuring consistency and accuracy across systems and operational processes.
Monitor inventory levels and stock movements, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory levels across the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP and Order Management System (OMS).
Contribute to a smooth and efficient flow of information between Supply Chain and warehouse teams, maintaining daily communication with Third Party Logistics (3PL) warehouses and overseeing operations and Service Level Agreement (SLA) monitoring.
Coordinate transfers between warehouses and distribution points to support business needs.
Provide regular reporting on inbound performance, shipment status, inventory availability, and supply chain disruptions, ensuring transparency and timely information sharing across teams.
Ensure all relevant stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date supply chain information to support launch planning, allocation decisions, commercial activities, and operational execution.
Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
Your profile
A degree in Logistics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Previous experience in retail within supply chain, warehouse management and inbound goods flow is an advantage.
Proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, order and stock management tools, and Excel.

This is a full-time fixed-term position covering a parental leave, based at TOTEME’s Stockholm Head Office. The role is expected to commence in September 2026 and will run for a minimum of 12 months.
TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
