The Role
TOTEME is looking for a full-time Store Design Coordinator to join our team in Stockholm for a parent leave cover for at least 12 months. In this role, you will coordinate production and logistics across our global store projects, ensuring orders, deliveries and shipments stay on track for store openings and refits. You will report to the Store Design and Development Director and work directly with the Store Design, Commercial and Finance Teams.
Responsibilities
Coordinate production and logistics across store projects, continuously following up on deliveries and timelines.
Create and maintain production plans, set priorities, monitor progress and adjust schedules as project needs evolve.
Place and manage supplier orders, negotiate timelines and deliveries, and maintain regular contact to keep production on track.
Monitor stock levels and forecast order quantities based on upcoming store project needs.
Prepare order and shipping documentation and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and other logistics partners.
Work closely with the Commercial Team to align production and deliveries with store opening priorities and timelines.
Collaborate with the Finance Team to track and reconcile invoices and support accurate budget forecasting.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and support the development of the supplier base.
Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
Your Profile
Experience in production management, logistics, international shipping or a related field.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple productions, orders and shipments simultaneously.
Strong commercial understanding and negotiation skills; project management experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of production planning, logistics and shipping processes, including relevant order and customs documentation.
Fluent in spoken and written English.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's Stockholm office. It is a Parent Leave Cover for at least 12 months.
TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
