About TOTEME

TOTEME is a fashion house rooted in Swedish sensibilities, modern aspirations, and the notion of style.

With an appreciation for how pieces are worn in practice, we create emblematic designs with an emphasis on materiality and shape. Archetype pieces are realized in authentic materials, rich textures and graphic silhouettes. Representing a direct and decisive way of dressing, the collections are contextualized in curated edits, visuals, and spaces.

TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create women’s and men’s collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories, and jewelry.

The Role

TOTEME is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist APAC to join our team in Shanghai full-time. In this role you will be responsible for operational continuity through proactive problem-solving, effective stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement of supply chain processes. You will report to the Head of Supply Chain based at the Stockholm HQ.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain operations and product flow in China and APAC

• Manage order fulfillment and related administrative processes across all sales channels, collaborating closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners.

• Monitor shipment timelines, identify risks, and resolve operational issues to ensure timely product availability

• Maintain accurate inventory records across relevant systems, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to ensure reliable stock information

• Coordinate logistics and stakeholder relationships

• Manage operational administration and reporting

• Ensure accurate shipment documentation, purchase order information, returns processing, and operational reporting

• Analyze relevant data to identify deviations and improvement opportunities

• Drive cross-functional collaboration and improvements

• Proactively identify and implement improvements to supply chain processes and ways of working.

Your Profile

• Relevant professional experience in supply chain and logistics, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.

• Solid understanding of supply chain, logistics, and inventory management

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities

• Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management tools, and Excel

• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and improvement-driven mindset

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's Shanghai office with an immediate start.
