The role

TOTEME is looking for a full-time Stock Supervisor to join our new store in Aspen. In this role your primary responsibility will be in-store stockroom management and inventory tracking, in addition to delivering excellent customer service on the shopfloor at all times. You will work with the Retail, Buying, Planning and Client Services teams and will report to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory levels and maintain the store’s stock organized.
• Receive and organize incoming stock.
• Ship outgoing stock and returns.
• Carry out daily store operations.
• Analyze and work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business goals.
• Execute efficient workflows individually and as part of a team.
• Act as a stakeholder between departments.

Your profile

• Previous stock management experience with a strong lifestyle brand.
• Flexible schedule, available to work evenings and weekends.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's Aspen store starting from December 2024.

The hourly salary for this role ranges between $25-30/hour and will be set according to the applicant’s profile, skills and previous experience.
