The role

TOTEME is looking for a Sales Advisor to join our new store in Aspen full-time. In this role you will act as a brand ambassador, providing excellent service and building long-term relationships with our customers and driving business in all aspects, from sales to brand building. You will report to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to customers.
• Create and maintain long-term relationships.
• Work individually and as part of a team to execute efficient workflows and reach sales targets.
• Act as an ambassador for TOTEME.
• Do merchandising and styling.
• Plan and execute daily store operations.
• Work towards company standards and goals.
• Analyze and work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business goals.

Your profile

• Previous experience in high-end service with a strong lifestyle brand.
• Fluent in English.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's Aspen store starting from December 2024.

The hourly salary for this role ranges between $20-25/hour and will be set according to the applicant’s profile, skills and previous experience.

TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London and New York and a growing number of stores in Europe, North America and Asia. You will join a dynamic, creative and highly collaborative team working towards exciting projects and milestones. You will contribute to the company’s development and have the opportunity to grow within your role.
