The Role
TOTEME is looking for a full-time Senior Sales Advisor to join our flagship store on Mercer Street in New York. As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will act as a brand ambassador providing excellent service and building long-term relationships with our customers and will help drive the business in all aspects, from sales to brand building.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Create and maintain long-term relationships.
- Work individually and as part of a team to execute efficient workflows and reach sales targets.
- Work with merchandising and styling.
- Plan and execute daily store operations.
- Work towards company standards and goals.
- Analyze and work towards Key Performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals.
- Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
Your Profile
- 2+ years of experience in fashion retail (high-end/contemporary luxury preferable).
- Previous experience in high-end service with a strong lifestyle brand.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's Mercer Street store with an immediate start.
The hourly salary for this role ranges between $25-30/hour and will be set according to the applicant’s profile, skills and previous experience
