The role

TOTEME is looking for a highly communicative and organized part-time Stock Supervisor to manage inventory operations, with a commitment of approximately 20–30 hours per week. Based at our Madison Avenue store, you will ensure that inventory levels are accurate and stock-keeping routines are properly followed. This role reports to the Store Manager and involves close collaboration with TOTEME's Retail, Planning, and Supply Chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Physically load and unload all incoming and outgoing products.
• Verify incoming products against accompanying documents.
• Upload products into the inventory management system.
• Arrange products in the stockroom according to sell-through rate and price.
• Ensure that products are kept in perfect condition.
• Maintain a tidy and organized stockroom at all times.
• Manage and oversee inventory efficiently.
• Track and monitor claims and shipments of styles to the warehouse or repair units.
• Manage internal store transfers and in-store E-commerce returns.
• Serve as a key point of contact for Planning and Supply Chain teams at HQ.
• Track incoming merchandise and update Sales Advisors on new product arrivals.
• Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Your profile

• Previous experience in stock management with a well-established lifestyle brand.
• Proven background in fashion sales. 
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

The is a part-time position with a salary range of $23-26/hour.
