About TOTEME

TOTEME is a fashion house rooted in Swedish sensibilities, modern aspirations and the notion of style. With an appreciation for women’s many roles and how pieces are worn in practice, we create emblematic designs with an emphasis on materiality and shape. Representing a direct and decisive way of dressing, the collections are contextualized in curated edits, visuals and spaces.

TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.

The Role

TOTEME is looking for a Photo Producer to join the Stockholm office full-time as a fixed-term maternity cover for at least 11 months.

In this role, you will be responsible for producing TOTEME’s marketing and brand-related visual content from concept to delivery. The Photo Producer leads assigned productions and ensures that all content is executed to the highest creative standards, within agreed budgets and timelines.

Projects include but are not limited to lookbooks, store shoots, marketing activations, seasonal brand projects, and other visual initiatives. You will report to the Head of Photo Production and work closely with the production team as well as Brand, Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, Wholesale, and Finance departments.

Responsibilities

• Produce and oversee photo and video shoots from pre-production through post-production.

• Define, manage, and maintain pre-production, production, and post-production timelines in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure assets are delivered according to brief, on time, and to the correct recipients or server locations.

• Lead art buying, including negotiating fees and booking creative talent and teams.

• Maintain and align the photo production calendar together with the Head of Photo Production.

• Manage and supervise production logistics, including but not limited to: art buying, model bookings, call sheets, travel, catering, couriers, shipping, and sample management, in collaboration with a Production Assistant.

• Build and maintain a database of trusted creative production partners (photographers, modeling agencies, retouchers, set designers, stylists, videographers, etc.).

• Continuously evaluate internal and external production processes and lead post-production reviews to capture key learnings from creative, production, and budgetary perspectives.

• Proactively identify, propose, and secure suitable creative talent and production partners.

• Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Your Profile

• 5+ years experience in photography production in the fashion industry.

• Confidence with photo production and project management.

• Have a network in the creative production industry.

• Knowledge of the fashion and lifestyle landscape.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

This is a parental leave cover, spanning for at least 11 months, and is a full-time position based at TOTEME's headquarters in Stockholm starting April 2026.
